The CCP supports recovery for survivors of natural and human-caused disasters through community-based outreach, crisis counseling, and other disaster behavioral health services.

States, U.S. territories, and federally recognized tribes are eligible to apply for a CCP grant after some types of Presidential disaster declarations or emergency declarations.
