Michelle, the agent I worked with, was extremely helpful and patient as this was my first experience with transporting my car north to NH. As my flight departure date neared and I still hadn't heard when the car was to leave I became very anxious. She continued to reassure me. Two days before I was to leave I made one more call and while we were talking I was told a driver just checked in that he would take my car. Not only that but he would pick it up in two hours! He was true to his word. I watched as he loaded the car onto his hauler. Then he, Alex, told me not to worry, that he would see me in NH the following Monday or Tuesday and that he would call me from the road to let me know which day and
the approximate time. I will definitely work with AmeriFreight again. It's the people that make a company great.

Harry at Amerifreight was very helpful and got a trucker almost immediately for a reasonable price considering the vehicle was going from Massachusetts to California. It arrived on time with no issues. I will use them again.

I have used AmeriFreight twice to transport vehicles. Once across country with 2 vehicles and yesterday for a vehicle we purchased a couple states over. Both transactions were seamless. With my recent transport, our representative, Rosie, was nothing short of amazing. She kept checking in on me and giving status updates. The drivers that AmeriFreight works with are top notch too. The drivers also gave status updates. I wouldn’t change a thing about the sauce I received. I am already a repeat customer and I will continue to be one. 100% satisfied.

This company found a driver within 24 hrs while i waited more than a week with another one. Wish i had contacted this company before. Vechile got delivered in 2 days from north carolina to texas. I am very pleased with it.

Thanks to Robyn Forbes, my car's trip from Florida to Massachusetts went without a hitch. Picked up on Tuesday, arrived on Friday. This is my sixth transport with Amerifreight without a problem.

This is a very professional organization. Although people warned against using a broker, we found them to be very impressive. They have high safety and insurance requirements for anyone that bids on your shipment, and then they review all offers and the service providers before they forward them to you for review. Our customer service person Robyn, was knowledgeable, courteous, and helped walk us through the process and explain what would happen at each step in the process. The driver and company they found for us was exemplary and equally professional. I would highly recommend this company if you need to ship a car. 15650840

Rosie Cook was my contact person. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She walked me through the steps of how shipping a vehicle works. She explained things well, and was happy to answer any questions I had. There were a couple of glitches in the process of getting my car shipped that were related to the carrier and not Amerifreight. But anytime I contacted Rosie about it she immediately jumped on the situation to find out what was going on and give me updates. I would definitely recommend Rosie and Amerifreight. In fact, I have already recommended the company to my nephew.

Tim was awesome! He was always checking in with me to let me know what was going on. The price was the best I could find and I noticed no extra damage to the vehicle (it's my work truck, so of course it has dings.) I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had to ship my son's 2019 Chevy Equinox back from Maryland. We used AmerfFreight to ship it there in May and knew that Jennifer Sylvester was the one to call to transport it back!! Jennifer is knowledgeable in auto transport and keeps the customer informed during the process. Jennifer works very hard to get the best price with quality transport companies. What I really liked was the honesty and no hard sale with pressure, otherwise I would have quickly moved on to the next option. My good experience may mostly be attributed to my sales rep, Jen Sylvester. If that is the case, she is the one that made the difference.
