I had the pleasure of working with Christine Davis at Amerifreight. She was professional, kind and sincere. Another carrier canceled my transport 24 hours before pickup and Christine amazingly got my car picked up and shipped in just a matter of hours. It takes teamwork to get a vehicle from one coast to another. Christine was in charge, and she deserves 5 stars for a job well done.

I worked with Jessica Hill, order number 16810181.
This was my first time shipping a vehicle and it was so hassle free. I had received offers from a ton of other companies and it was getting overwhelming for me with all the messages they send. I chanced upon AmeriFreight in an article that listed it as one of the best and decided to give it a try. After I received the quote Jessica Hill gave me a call and found me a driver the next morning who was ready to pick up my vehicle from El Paso Texas at 2:15pm, and it arrived in Auburn Alabama at 7:19am (05/07/2024 - 05/09/2024). Jessica went above and beyond to coordinate this for me despite me being out of the country and unable to make calls. It was really amazing working with AmeriFreight and Jessica. I would 100% recommend using them.

Great service! I had an issue where the carrier (Onway logitics) cancelled on the day of pick up and that was terrible. I had to leave that same day. So I called Amerfreight for help and they immediately helped me. Found me another carrier in a few hours and all was good except for the delay in leaving. Overall very satisfied with Amerfreight. They made it easy for me to transport my car across states.

What a pleasure it was to do business with AmeriFreight! Requirement: transport a mint 1988 Mercedes-Benz 420SEL from the frozen prairie (remember that opening scene in Fargo, the wind blowing the snow over the lonely highway?) to the deep South. I did my research, thought I knew how to get the job done. I got quotes from other companies, talked to the competition. And then Jen from AmeriFreight called, and we talked, and then I understood how this was actually going to work. And it did, and my baby arrived, and Jen made sure all my questions were answered, all my concerns were addressed, I understood what my choices were, and I had peace.

My AmeriFreight rep not only set me up with a solid carrier for a reasonable price at a rough time of year (winter holidays!), he also helped me figure out the scariest part of buying a car out of state: TAXES. He found the office and the phone number I needed to call and save me hours of stress and wasted effort when I would’ve wound up going in the totally wrong direction. Communication with Amerifreight The broker was very good. Tatiyuana was very responsive to my questions and did her best to keep me informed about delivery schedule. It would help if actual transport driver and office personnel spoke English as a second language.
As with all and I mean all brokers don't expect a low price estimate to hold up. Be prepared to pay more. Once price was agreed on, Amerifreight worked hard to firm up and kept to their promised amount. All in all a good experience.

They’re honest. All charges are mentioned upfront. They don’t spam you with calls, messages and emails. Service is prompt. Melissa Tyner was assigned to me and she was literally an angel in disguise. Did everything in her power to get my car delivered to me before the promised date. Even the prices are perfectly reasonable. Love love love AmeriFreight. 11/10 would recommend

I got my Ford Explorer shipped from the west to the east coast, and working with Jennifer made if a very easy experience, very transparent. I even got my car picked up a day earlier (which was fine for us since we arrived at the destination a few days before the car was scheduled to be delivered). Would definitely recommend their service.

I had a complicated transcontinental shipment of a classic car coordinated by Jen Sylvester, an Amerifreight broker.
I have never experienced the level of care and personal attention to detail in any human transaction of my 75 years of life that was provided by this outstanding person,
She was always there, prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, concerned and just plain nice,
A difficult shipment was smoothed and coordinated beyond what I thought possible. Dozens of phone calls and emails. She was on top of everything. She seems to always be at work and available.
If I had a business Jen Sylvester would be my manager of Customer Service, period. I simply can't give a higher evaluation or recommendation. Use Amerifreight and ask for Jennifer Sylvester as your agent.

Shipment at reasonable coast, pickup exactly on time, personable contact staff, efficient and friendly driver, extra effort made to coordinate pickup time with schedule of seller. Car arrived in perfect condition and off-loaded skillfully and with great care. Highly recommended.

I was given a day and a when the car would be picked up and also an approximate day it would be delivered. I received a call the day before and I was told it would be a day early. The driver even went so far as to call to make sure I got home ok as he could not come into my neighborhood.

The car was picked on time and delivered a bit ahead a schedule. Ivan (the driver) kept me informed 5 hrs, 1 hour and 20 minutes before delivery. I would use this company again.
