Joke, AN ABSOLUTE JOKE

First and foremost, THERE-ARE NO EMPLOYEES THAT SPEAK DECENT ENGLISH. HEAVY ACCENTS MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND ANY OF THEM. THE PICKUP TOOK NINE DAYS AND THEN THE DRIVER WAS 48 HOURS LATE. WHEN HE FINALLY ARRIVED AT MY HOME, HE INFORMED ME HE COULD NOT TURN HIS TRAILER AROUND IN MY DRIVEWAY. MY DRIVEWAY IS OVAL SHAPED AND IS ABOUT 350 FT LONG, MORE THAN ADEQUATE TO TURN AROUND. HIS ATTITUDE WAS BEYOND ANYTHING I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. RUDE JERK IS MOST APPROPRIATE DESCRIPTION. LONG STORY SHORT, HE TOLD ME HE HAD TO GO THROUGH MY YARD TO TURN AROUND. I HAVE A VERY NICE BERMUDA YARD I TAKE CARE OF, BUT I WAS SO ANGRY WITH THIS JERK AND HIS ATTITUDE, I LET HIM DRIVE THROUGH THE GRASS. WHEN HE FINALLY PARKED, HE INFORMED ME HE WOULD HELP ME PUSH THE CAR OFF THE TRAILER, AS THEY DIDNT PAY HIM FOR THAT!!! THERE WERE 2 DRIVERS. I THEN LOST MY TEMPER AND TOLD HIM TO DO IT. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE WITH ANY SHIPPING COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN SGT, NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service! The agent just try to take the money and did not perform the job properly. At first, they promised to town my car from Vegas back to California in the same day, but 3 days after they asked for $30 more to have the driver for pick up my car. I was agreed and paid $30 more, but they don't have tool or equipment to pick up my car. I announced them that my car was broke down and not movable prior to sign the contract with them. Since they did not able to move my car and they just refund $300 on the total charge of $530. I will never do a business with this service again and not recommend to other to use this horrible service.

t's been 95 days since they promised to…

t's been 95 days since they promised to ship my car from Northern Cal to Southern Cal. It's a small car and they over extended themselves by locking down my bid but failed to secure a transporter. I was calling them every other day to ask when are they planning to move car and now I am paying storage space because they failed to find a transporter. If I had known about how bad their service would be I would not booked them as they represent themselves as a premier transporter on uShip. What else can I do as I've waited this long but to let other yelpers know to be ware of their bad business practice. Perhaps after reading this review among the other bad ones they will change their business practice if they want to remain in good standing among the yelpers. I'm awaiting for them to respond back to me with more than "I'm sorry there are now shippers willing to do it for that amount" and they had the gall to ask for $100 more to get more interest from the shippers. All I want to for them to fulfill their contract and sadly I know they won't refund any of the storage fees I paid but what's worst is the time I lost from spending with it with my son.

Estimates false, costing me thousands in car rental

I booked with SGT after much research and they committed to transfer of my vehicle from California to Hawaii.The stated estimate I received was 1-4 days for pickup and 7-9 calendar days for shipping. In good faith and based on excellent BBB and google reviews, trusted these dates.

I need my car by the beginning of August at the latest. Given the longest of these windows, my vehicle shouldhave arrived on July 31 or Aug 1, I felt confident I would have it before I needed it.

There was massive confusion about needing my car title since I am still paying on the loan. I wasted hours acquiring the title from the bank and money on the overnight shipping of the title, only to be told that I didn't need it at all. SGT dispatched another less well-rated company which did not drop off my car at the port on the day it was received.

My vehicle is set to arrive more than 2 weeks after I expected, costing me thousands in rental car fees. I am completely unsatisfied with this service.

Have a big move coming up? DO NOT USE SGT

Crap company. Here's why:

1) Nonsense pricing: Secured with a credit card? Too bad, that pricing means NOTHING in the end. Prices go up based on the trucking company they find (oh thats right, THEY ARE BROKERS).

2) Missed Pickups and Deliveries - TOTAL LIES on the dates they can make it. 4 days late to pick up. If you're moving, USE SOMEONE ELSE.

3) Payment is CASH IN A SHADY PARKING LOT. Your CREDIT CARD PAYMENT MEANT NOTHING. Driver wants CASH ONLY.

In short SGT is a VERY shady company. Foreign accents all over. Could be a shady cover of a business which is why it runs so awfully.

Spare yourself the headache. After the lies, they are the same price as the big movers and offer total crap service. ALL LIES.

horrible shipper ,promises to get car…

horrible shipper ,promises to get car in 4 days and after 9 days still not got the car then calls asking for more money and several more days to get the car ,,,they are horrible and talking to them all they do is give excuses and another day to fix and never does ....to give you ID number that I have no more as I didnt use you after all the hassle I used someone rather could that could keep there word and not ask for more money like you did...everyone needs to read your horrible reviews and be careful using if they do ...

Dirty as it gets

SGT did a great job getting a different…

SGT did a great job getting a different driver for us when the first one flaked out. They were able to get it delivered a full day ahead of time! Driver was nice, and their communication was good whenever I needed to talk to them.

Refreshing for a company to do exactly…

Refreshing for a company to do exactly what they promised and actually be a little early which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately doesn’t happen like it should anymore. Driver communicated entire way and was very pleased with overall experience. Highly recommend.
