I recently had Nexus Auto Transport move my 2007 Nissan Murano from New York City to Grand Junction, Colorado, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way.

Firstly, I was blown away by how quickly they were able to deliver my vehicle. It arrived in Grand Junction ahead of schedule, which was a wonderful surprise. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, allowing me to focus on other aspects of my move without worrying about my car.

Moreover, the care they took with my vehicle was outstanding. My Murano arrived in perfect condition, exactly as it was when it left New York City. It's clear that Nexus Auto Transport takes pride in handling vehicles with the utmost care and professionalism.

On top of all this, their pricing is very reasonable. I did a lot of research before choosing a transport company, and Nexus offered some of the best rates without compromising on quality or service.

I contracted Nexus to ship my car (Jeep Grand Chrokee) from Claifornia to Virginia. Nexus contracts that business ot to transportation companies acting as only the Broker. The car was severely damaged during transport. Nexus says the 3rd party is responsible and the 3rd party will not cover the damages as they claim it was an act of God. Nexus refuses to cover the over $8000 in damages either. Nexus does not make sure that the 3rd party companies they use have FULL coverage so you will be out if anything happens to your vehicle. I would totally stay away from Nexus and make sure the company you hire has full insurance coverage including storms, hail, or any other "act of God" issues or totally stay away. Nexus will not take responsibility and hide under that they are only the Broker! DO NOT USE THEM

We had requested a coupe of Quotes from Nexus to determine our best pick up location and we accidentally booked the wrong quote - they dealt with the situation the same day. We hope the actual pick up and drop off goes just as well.

From the initial booking phone call & text through Bill, to being notified by the dispatcher of when the pick up driver would arrive, to Shakazod and his partner loading my car for delivery, to unloading at my home for delivery (arriving from PA to NV in 4 days I have to add), everything went smoothly leaving me worry free. Very efficient company, with affordable cost. Thank you Nexus for helping me out when I decided I had bitten off more then I could chew on my retirement bucket-list road trip, and didn't want to make the return trip driving to Nevada!

Provided clear information about the process and answered all our questions. Everything they described about the process happened. The only item not mentioned upfront was the 5% credit card fee. The final price was one of the better, so the charge was not a major issue. They were available every day, including weekends, during the process to provide answer our questions.

I choose Nexus because of the good reviwes and because Logan assured me that the price agreed upon was not going to change. He also said they could pick up the car on a specific day and told me they would call few days before to let me know timing.
Nobody called until the morning of and they asked to pick it up the following day. The following day they called again trying to postpone longer. They finally picked it up and charged me $300 dollars more.

I thought they were an auto transport company but they are just a broker. The company who actually moved my car was good, did a great job and communicated promptly.

Nexus did not communicated promptly and lied about the price.
