A young Aussie woman had fans 'drooling' after sharing a video of the surprising three course feast she ordered at McDonalds in Bali.

Fitness coach Bec Hardgrave, 28, from Brisbane was excited to be trying Maccas in Bali for the very first time.

Relaxing in a hotel bathrobe, Bec unpacked a delivery bag that was full of menu items you would never expect to find at a McDonalds in Australia.

The entire feast cost her 146,000 Indonesian rupiah which is the equivalent of about AUD$14.

Bec had Aussies enthralled as she unboxed a mysterious looking black burger.

The Mac and Cheese Beef burger, not available in Australia, is filled with a slab of battered mac and cheese on an Australian beef patty, slathered in a stroganoff sauce on a black sesame seed bun.

'Why is it kind of good, though,' Bec said after biting into it.

'This bun is so soft and fresh,' she said.

Next she tucked into McDonalds 'panas', a fried chicken and rice meal with tiny complimentary packets of McDonalds chilli sauce.

The generous serving came with two large pieces of fried chicken, a drumstick and a breast.

'This is actually amazing, I feel like the McDonalds is so much fresher in Bali than in Australia,' she said.

'This could rival KFC chicken.'

Bec made a painful face as the spice in the sauce started to hit.

'Yep, that has a bit of a kick to it,' she said.

She washed the chilli down with a fruit and lemon tea.

The choco-caramel pie for dessert was a little too sweet for Bec, who didn't rate it.

Australians who have visited Indonesia agreed that Maccas in Bali is so much fresher.

'Aussie Maccas need to up their game,'  one fan said.

Others said it wasn't just McDonalds that is better in Bali.

Indonesian franchises of global fast food chains were much fresher and better than the Australian outlets according to most Aussie tourists.

'The KFC chicken in Bali is elite,' one Aussie agreed.

Other people thought thought Bec was 'living on the edge' eating the Indonesian fast food.

But she had no signs of dreaded Bali Belly, and even went on to try McDonalds in Thailand, also for the first time.

Bec regularly shares hacks online about how to enhance your Maccas experience in Australia.

One her favourite tricks to improve your McDonalds burger is to ask the staff to 'steam' your bun.

She promises this makes the buns so 'big and fluffy', and the burgers extra delicious.

Bec has a recipe for homemade low calorie McDonalds style chicken and cheese sliders, the not so secret sauce that makes it taste authentic is her homemade Big Mac sauce.
