Olympic Sports
The Tokyo 2020 Olympics will feature 339 events in 33 different sports, held across 43 competition venues.
Five new sports will be introduced to the Summer Olympics this year, being softball, karate, surfing, skateboarding and sport climbing. In addition, there will be 15 new events within the pre-existing sports we’ve seen before.
