Simon Cowell looked unrecognisable as he headed home from the Together For Short Lives Ball in London after hosting the star-studded charity event on Friday night with Lauren Silverman.
The TV personality, 63, and his partner, 45, left in their chauffeured ride home from the annual ball which raises money for young people affected by a life-limiting or life-threatening condition.
Celebrities were snapped leaving the do in the English capital late on Friday, including Christine McGuinness who really stole the show in her pink floor-length gown and Peter Andre who looked dapper in an all-black suit.
In recent months, Simon's appearance has sparked concern with his radically different facial features which appear ultra-smooth and less movement in his expressions.
During the evening, Simon bidded for and won a Nelson Mandela piece of artwork, named 'Peace', for £22,000.
