Welcome Hummingbirds

Hello and welcome to the Halpin Early Childhood Center website! Halpin ECC serves children ages 3, 4, and 5 who live in the greater southwest area of Houston, Texas. Halpin ECC is a school where our students, also known as Hummingbirds, Learn to Lead. It is our goal to ensure that students leave Halpin ECC at or above grade level in all subjects. We also work to ensure that all students leave socially and emotionally prepared for 1st grade.
