Klinger Casquete, Principal

Welcome our new campus principal, Mr. Klinger Casquete.

Mr. Casquete has been an educator for 28 years and has served in HISD as a sixth-grade bilingual teacher, assistant principal, and principal. He began his career at the University of Puerto Rico before joining Navarro Middle School in 1997. He joined Austin High School as assistant principal in 2003. Most recently, Mr. Casquete served as assistant principal and principal at Bonner Elementary.

He earned his bachelor's degree in English and French Education as a Foreign Language from the University of Cauca in Colombia, his Master's Degree in English Education Pedagogy and Literature from the University of Puerto Rico, and his school administration degree at Texas Southern University.

We look forward to working with him and his vision for our campus as we strive for excellence in academic achievement for every scholar enrolled.
