Compared to all the other companies

Compared to all the other companies, this was by far the easiest and also the best price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. other companies give you a quote these people give you a price for the actual truck driver that’s going to be picking up your car

Great employees, not great 3rd party tow company

The company’s employees were great. They were very helpful, always available, and informal. I wasn’t impressed with the tow companies, especially the one who helped us in the end result.

From potential first time vehicle shipping disaster to perfect shipping experience

I was a first time vehicle shipper and was let down at the last minute by another company and had a tight pick up deadline, and so my cross country relocation was turning into a potential disaster and I was very stressed when I first spoke to AmeriFreight. However, after a short telephone conversation with Robyn at AmeriFreight, I knew immediately that I had found the right people to help. The vehicle was picked up at the perfect time and delivered at the destination a day earlier than quoted which was fantastic! The staff at AmeriFrieght did exactly what they said they would, selecting a high quality transporter and checking in with us through out the process. I would not hesitate in using them again should the need arise. Great service and friendly and efficient personnel. So grateful I selected them!

Everything was great and all because of my service rep Melissa Tyner. She went over and above even after her job was done securing the transport of my truck. There was an issue at drop off to my buyer and she called the company that transported the vechile and got it worked out in moments. Top Notch service!

For starters, Robyn! She was efficient with information and process. When the order was placed she was upfront with details and answered all questions thoroughly! Harry David is who you want!!

Harry David with AmeriFreight was very helpful with explaining the process on how to transport my vehicle from coast to coast. He followed up with me at every step. He was genuine, and showed that he cared. AmeriFreight has competitive pricing. I paid my deposit to AmeriFreight. And then I paid the carrier fee upon delivery directly to the driver’s company.

Smooth shipping experience

Sy helped me find a carrier to move a car from Colorado to California. The process was smooth. The driver was very friendly and professional and I got the car in perfect condition. There was an issue in billing initially and after I contacted Sy, he followed up and got it corrected. Other staffs I talked to when calling AmeriFreight are all friendly and trying to be helpful. I'm happy about my choice to go with AmeriFreight and highly recommend it.

Great experience

Gina Dodds saved the day when my…

Gina Dodds saved the day when my original car transportation company I signed up with was non responsive. 24 hours before I was set to leave I thankfully found Amerifreight and Gina. Everything she did was transparent and honest. My car was picked up on the day and time agreed upon and actually delivered a day earlier than expected. One of the best companies and employees I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommended

Signed the contract to list car and within 2 days had a driver loading my car. 5 days later it was delivered without any problems.
Highly recommend Amerifreight !!!!

These folks are awesome

These folks are awesome! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and compassionate. We were in a bind trying to ship a car and get my husband home over Thanksgiving week. They went above and beyond helping us get the car squared away enable gmy husband to get home for rhe holiday. The shipping was seamless and fast, and the car arrived safe and sound, albeit dirty, but they even offer a free wash! Can't recommend these folks enough over other high-praised shippers. We booked with one of them initially and got nowhere. AmeriFreight really saved our bacon!

Excellence in service!

The transport of my car went very smoothly! My daughter was coming back from college and we needed the car back home. It was coming from Nevada and being transported to Michigan. After we placed the order online, they called and let me know they had a driver for us to pick up the car. Once dispatched, the driver himself let us know when he would be there for pick up of the vehicle. He communicated mostly through text, which was great for us. Once the car was picked up, he let us know exactly what day he would be dropping it off, and what time to expect him. He handled the car with great care and professionalism. It worked out perfectly!
