The associate I spoke to did not up-sell, or use heavy handed tactics like your two competitors did. He was professional and polite. Your company policy of having a dedicated go-to person for your warranty holders is an excellent idea and a good perk for your customers. Not to mention your price beat the 2 competitors I got a quote on by almost 1K/year. Thanks for running an honest business and having dedicated employees who give straight answers.

Robert, the person handling my call, was extremely professional, not pushy, very knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. Compared to other warranty company representatives I have dealt with, this was a night and day experience.

The sales representative Robert Bryce was brilliant. I contacted 5 other warranty companies including Toco, Omega, Endurance, Car shield and Car Chex In all instances their reps went 100 miles an hour, never wanting to hear what you had to say (or ask) and at the end of their garrulous monologs would ask for your credit card.

So far so good my salesperson Robert H was great, he made sure I got all my discounts that I was qualified for, seems like I got great coverage I haven't had to use it yet.

Awesome deal, with monthly payments for 24 months instead of all upfront is reassuring that the company will be there long term. Also Robert was an excellent agent that got me all the discounts I qualified for and without the high pressure tactics so commonly used by other companies to get me to sign now. Great experience for me!

Working with my dedicated sales agent was a great experience. He was extremely helpful, responsive and not pushy like other companies. Worked through various options that were more affordable than any other company offered. Great offering and price compared to competitors and he didn't try to pressure me into a purchase. Highly recommend autopom!

What made autopom! different than the others - in my case, Robert - was that this company/Robert listened to what I wanted to find out, NOT what this company/Robert wanted to sell me. Upselling and pushy tactics may work on impulse buy, but definitely not those who are analytical. Are you listening to this, Carchex? At the end of the day, I got the info I wanted, analyzed the pros/cons/prices and picked the options that autopom!/Robert wanted to sell! Win-win for all parties!

Whenever I needed support or guidance, AutoPom has always been there to address my concerns, lend an ear, offer recommendations, and stand up for me, regardless of how many instances it required. I have received numerous phone calls from the company's owner on multiple occasions.
This organization functions as a middleman, serving as a mediator between the parties involved. They engage in negotiations on behalf of both you and the extended warranty company. Well, that’s what they did for me.
Regrettably, there have been multiple cases where extended warranty companies have refused to honor claims submitted by repair facilities. The extended warranty provider declines a portion of the claim, resulting in me having to agree to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars.
If it's expected to be included, then absolutely not!
Every time, I politely call AutoPom and ask if this is covered, or if this is considered "ordinary" or within the usual range. I have no expertise in mechanics or law. I am familiar with the terms of my contract.
There have been instances where I was mistaken. To ensure my complete comprehension, they kindly clarified the specifics by mentioning the possibility of taking my car to an alternate repair shop, and all my other rights. During that period, they went to the extent of assisting me in locating a warranty-covered shop within my town, and towing company.
They offer military discounts, cover older cars with high mileage, reward loyalty, and paying off your contract early or in full.
I have had two Volkswagens covered through them that both have had over 130k miles and now will be covered with full extended warranties through 250k miles. You won’t find another company that will beat that!

Do not like how autopom is a 4 year contract that must be paid within 2 years. Have never seen this anywhere else in any industry. This is a tactic to prevent refunding any amounts should a customer cancel their contract.

It’s impossible to find a mechanic who wants to deal with my warranty. My local Jeep dealer will not honor my warranty through Autopom and my local mechanic did t want to deal with the adjuster who asked inane questions such as “ how did the seal on the window break”? Ummm, it broke. In order to have a repair done, I must leave my car at my mechanic until a claims adjuster comes to verify the repair leaving me with no car. It’s too difficult of a process and I’m very disappointed in this warranty. I have had several repairs done to my car lately that I ended up paying out of pocket. Maybe if they provided a list of mechanics in my area who would honor my warranty?

He also knew his competitors and pointed out good & bad companies. Now we see how they do on service when work is needed on the car. I have put my trust in Robert & autopom. I’m writing another review because I read everyone’s false claims. Autopom only sells the warranties, they do not service the contracts. Mile, the CEO of the company is honest and reputable. I’ve noticed that everyone that is giving bad reviews are buying junk cars that are usually on the 3rd or 4th owner and the car has been neglected. I would suggest people research the car they are buying before buying an extended warranty. Autopom is not liable for another persons breakdown. Don’t blame Autopom, they have nothing to do with the warranty company.

Not happy going through middle agency Royal. They wanted to replace my Cadillac XTS Vsport transmission with a used (not reconditioned) from a Texas junkyard. I had to subsidize the repair at well over $1200 to get another transmission from a more reliable source. I am disappointed Autopom would subject their customers to this tactic. Get rid of middleman "Royal" and pay legitimate claims.

Robert H was quick to respond and willing to work with me on the start of the appropriate coverage. Will work with him/AutoPom when my daughter's vehicle will come out of factory warranty.

Robert was extremely helpful, pleasant and easy to work with. I had just signed up with Endurance and cancelled the next day after a negative experience with customer service. Robert went through our plan options and was considerate of both what was needed for coverage as well as the cost of the plan.

I went to the mechanic AutoPom recommended, instead of the dealership and I still had to pay over $1000 after paying my $100 deductible. I don’t feel AutoPom lived up to the reason why you buy an extended warranty in the first place.

It was too hard to contact the company in order to get the approval to repair my car. It took at least three weeks and at one point I was told by customer service that no one will be calling the shop again as they have tried 3 to 4 times in the past. In the end I had to go to the dealer myself sit and wait on the phone to get someone to them. I have to get approval. It was only for approximately half of the cost of the repair.

The extended warranty from Autopom came in very handy during the life of the warrantied car, as much as we could ever have asked for. The cost of the warranty ended up being well worth the peace of mind it gave, and the financial help it eventually gave as well
