They were helpful in explaining any concerns I had regarding the things that would be covered under the plan. We will see now when I have any claims, how this all comes together.

AutoPOM is great! Requested a quote Wednesday night around 9:00 PM. Got an email with the quote 7:00 AM Thursday with the quote. Followed up with an e-mail and a Quick phone call with Lisa and everything was done quickly and painlessly. No pressure sales, just provided a reasonable price on a very good extended service contract for my car.

I’ve used this company for 4 cars so far and they never disappoint. I drive ultra high end hand built cars and whenever I have an issue the owner Mike always gets the deal done. Their prices are fantastic and easy to deal with.

The warranty hasn’t even taken affect yet. So far, the buying process was very pleasant and simple. The concept sure beats other companies, with a one contact approach from cradle to grave.

I had a negative experience with Endurance Warranty Service but I know I need an extended warranty coverage in case of any major issues with my car. So, I researched several other warranty companies and decided to give Autopom a try. After contacting Autopom, Robert reached out to me and we went over the types of plans, coverages and costs. Robert is very knowledgeable and satisfactorily answered all of my questions so I decide to go with Autopom. He also gave me his contact information in case I ran into any problems or had any others questions.
I hope I never have to use the warranty but if I do I will write another review about my experience at that time.

I am pleased with the information and MBI. Mechanical Breakdown Insurance policy, presented to me by Dacey. Being a California resident, I learned that VSCs, Vehicle Service Agreements, could only be sold by car dealers. Companies selling VSCs on line are doing so in violation of California law.

Dacey is professional, resourceful and a delight to work with. She is also a California licensed Insurance Agent. The MBI she presented to me backed by Mercury Insurance was exactly what I was looking for at half the price of what other on line companies offered not to mention the policy cost was one third of the price of the VSC offered by the dealer.

I read through the reviews. Though mostly positive, the negative ones were addressed and a reasonable explanation was given to the customer as to why their claim was rejected. In one case where the customer felt his claim was reasonable, the owner of AutoPom interceded with the policy administrator and the claim was honored.

I hope to have a long term relationship with AutoPom. I highly recommend them to others.

Autopom was great to deal with it. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell and we're able to guide us to the plan for our Range Rover. The end result is we saved about $1000 over the plan the dealership offered us. Also there was no high pressure sales approach like all the other companies I called.
