My experience with the claim Representative!

My experience with the claim representative wad great. I called because a person from an extended warranty company called attempting to sign me up and he told me that OX was going out of business and not handling any claims. I told him I didn't believe him, so that is why I called. My rep was very helpful and she explained alot to me! Beware of people saying companies are going out of business just to sign you up!

Firestone didn't want to talk maintenance policy.

The Manager at Firestone did not want to even consider talking about a maintenance policy I had on my car. I have heard of car care companies not wanting to accept the policy. His first comment was, "There just too much hassle. They always give me heartburn. I don't want to deal with them." I said have you had trouble with Omega before? He said oh Omega they're not too bad I'll deal with them. I was scared at first but it turns out they accepted Omega and everything went smoothly.

It takes way to long to get checks out…

It takes way to long to get checks out after you have service and clearly have the proof the people on the phone were very nice. But I never got thur to service numbers I called and called no answer I do not use computers service department needs to be faster not 4 to 5 weeks to get checks out

They were very easy to deal with

It was my first time having to call about a claim and I was understandably nervous. They were so kind and understsnding, even though I had not followed their stated procedure. My claim was honored easily and quickly.

That it take’s forever for the shop to…

That it take’s forever for the shop to get through to a live agent and that once he did get through to one then it he had to wait about 5 to 10 minute’s for her to go get the credit card for payment. I really think there need’s to be a simpler way to get thing’s done so that the mechanic doesn’t have to be tied up that long.

Melissa was great in customer service…

Melissa was great in customer service department. She answered all my questions with a great positive attitude. I've only used the service once but they did get a check out to me to reimburse. It's a little hard for the mechanic to contact them in a timely manner though. So I found it best to pay and then get reimbursed. Either way it's money in my pocket that I wouldn't have and peace of mind that if anything big goes wrong I am covered.

Reimbursements

This company takes a long time to refund reimbursements after the claim has been submitted. The wait time for claim processing could be upwards of 4 weeks or more. That is ridiculous and not efficient. They could be a better company if they would process reimbursements sooner. Have thought about switching to another warranty company.

After weeks of waiting I did receive my rebate on the car battery. When I had an oil change, they made the person at Nissan.Wait at least twenty minutes or more to give her the ok. That is terrible customer service. So
Far I am getting concerned about your service, Especially since i'm about to take a long trip.

My experience Omega Auto Care has been…great!!

My experience Omega Auto Care has been great. I have used the service about three (3) times. The customers service people are really help and will explain the process to you in detail. I have not had to use the service for any major repairs but have use it for the reimbursement for my battery, wipers and I getting ready to submit an email for the recent oil change service.

I am a faithful Omega customer

I am a faithful Omega customer. I’ve had them for the last 8+ years every time I’ve needed them. They have been there for me whether it’s just for maintenance oil changes, windshield wipers, or if it was for a major issue I truly trust and believe in them and they’re not like the others they’re better, thank you Omega for all that you’ve done for me over the years and I will Continue to be a loyal customer.

I dislike that statement

I dislike that, I paid more than I was told you will only pay $100.00 regardless of the bill that’s not a true statement. My dealership took a $100 off of the price which left me with the balance of $700.

Horrible horrible experience I paid my…

Horrible horrible experience I paid my monthly payment took my car in only to be told what needed to be fixes they don't cover. The only thing they could fix was my ac condenser and I don't need that ish fixed. Then on top of that they only pay a certain amount for the labor as well as not paying for the rental this company is bs and a scan I want my effing money back!!! I'm going to report this company they really talk a good game. Fuxk this company run very far away from them...

I brought my car in for routine…

I brought my car in for routine maintenance on my brakes, and while it was there my dealer found an oil leak. He called into Omega and got connected with a claims rep right away. They helped with some of the cost for my brake pads, AND covered my oil leak. I had just renewed my policy and I’m super thankful I did. Great experience, as usual!

Anthony G. Insurance Fraud

Anthony G. called me, unsolicited, and gave me false information which contradicted the information on his own Omega Auto Care Website. He was dishonest and deceptive, and engaging in insurance fraud. I highly recommend not signing with this type of insurance fraud.

At first I was a bit skeptical to buy this warranty anyway I took a leap of faith an bought it😂😂😂😂 boy I glad I did🤣🤣🤣 boom!!!! my transmission went on my 2013 Toyota Corolla S , An OMEGA replace it 💓🤣 BOOM!!! my water pump went an OMEGA replace it on my 2013 Toyota Corolla S🤣💓 I love this company!! so because I was treated so good when I bought my 2017 Kia optima I didn't think twice about where to get my next extended warranty 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Amega auto care 💓🎈💯🎇👍 an as I'm writing this review today 7/9/23 my 2017 Kia optima car is in the shop for a check engine light problem but I'm not worried 🤣🤣🤣 OMEGA got me covered!!! Fr Bronx NY
