I'd give them a zero if I could

I'd give them a zero if I could. Rude, deceitful, unprofessional...when I asked a question he kept interrupting me, and wouldn't let me finish, had a canned answer that was unsatisfactory, then he hung up on me twice, an indication that my questions were legitimate and he didn't want to answer them, accusing me of being immature. He was suppose to be a manager. HORRIBLE!!

Never again will we sign up for this…

Never again will we sign up for this crap. What a run around, a cleverly disguised scam. The communication is damn near non existence as you wait on hold for hours, and then they are unavailable on weekends when most people need to go for service.

I dislike that statement

I dislike that, I paid more than I was told you will only pay $100.00 regardless of the bill that’s not a true statement. My dealership took a $100 off of the price which left me with the balance of $700.

Anthony G. Insurance Fraud

Anthony G. called me, unsolicited, and gave me false information which contradicted the information on his own Omega Auto Care Website. He was dishonest and deceptive, and engaging in insurance fraud. I highly recommend not signing with this type of insurance fraud.

I brought my car in for routine…

I brought my car in for routine maintenance on my brakes, and while it was there my dealer found an oil leak. He called into Omega and got connected with a claims rep right away. They helped with some of the cost for my brake pads, AND covered my oil leak. I had just renewed my policy and I’m super thankful I did. Great experience, as usual!

At first I was a bit skeptical to buy…

At first I was a bit skeptical to buy this warranty anyway I took a leap of faith an bought it😂😂😂😂 boy I glad I did🤣🤣🤣 boom!!!! my transmission went on my 2013 Toyota Corolla S , An OMEGA replace it 💓🤣 BOOM!!! my water pump went an OMEGA replace it on my 2013 Toyota Corolla S🤣💓 I love this company!! so because I was treated so good when I bought my 2017 Kia optima I didn't think twice about where to get my next extended warranty 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Amega auto care 💓🎈💯🎇👍 an as I'm writing this review today 7/9/23 my 2017 Kia optima car is in the shop for a check engine light problem but I'm not worried 🤣🤣🤣 OMEGA got me covered!!! Carls was incredibly professional, patient, and so very pleasingly pleasurable

Do Not Buy Omega

I am writing this review so that customers are not led to believe that this company stands behind their own warranties. I own a 2015 2500HD Duramax with 72000 original miles. This truck gets driven rarely! So the A/C compressor clutch has fallen off while I was driving so now the A/C does not work. I purchased the Exclusionary warranty for truck which is the most expensive warranty you can purchase for your vehicles coverage. With this Exclusionary warranty clearly the A/C and all its working parts like the A/C compressor clutch is covered. Well after the Omega adjuster looked at my truck to verify any misuse of any kind. None was found, been waiting to hear for an approval from the Omega claims department. To only find out that I was denied coverage for something that is clearly covered in the Exclusionary plan. The excuse for the denial is my tires are to big! Isn't that the most sorry excuse that you've heard ever heard in your life! For this I DO NOT recommend Omega in any way for any vehicle to say the least! Don't get tricked by this company!

Carla with Omega Auto Care is a jewel

Carla with Omega Auto Care is a jewel! She takes as much time as needed to make certain all questions are answered and that we understand claims and that the auto repair shops are doing us right! She’s so very pleasant and will even call the automotive shop with you on the line! I appreciate her so very much and will definitely refer to my friends! Thank you Carla! 😊

The company is great all around from…

The company is great all around from customer service to getting things done. I always hear people complain about extended warranties. Never once have I had an issue with this company. They get things done quickly. And got amazing Warranty coverage and we're not going to talk about the outer pocket you have to cover it's nothing compared to a lot of places!!! I recommend them to everyone and anyone!!

Kaitlyn was very GOOD in helping me…

Kaitlyn was very GOOD in helping me resolve my issue but I give the adjuster a 1 star. Omega needs to address the rudeness of the adjuster that answered my call she hung up on me and over talked me. Kaitlyn heard me out, understood what I was asking, made sure my issue was resolved and was very kind. She even emailed me if I needed further help. Due to her professionalism I stayed with Omega if I had not reached her I would have NEVER done business with the company again. Thank you Kaitlyn!!

I had a complicated situation with my…

I had a complicated situation with my repair and Samantha with customer service took the initiative to take care of everything. I've been with Omega since 2015, this is my first claim experience. So far, so great! I highly recommend asking for Samantha for any customer service issues. She will make sure to take care of any situation.

Improving the first Omega experience

As with what my fiance had to go through when she went into the Toyota dealership to get her oil changed the first time she used Omega, the experience was too tense. You need to realize mechanical repairs and oil changes have gone up, as most things. Your financial help with things needs to be amended and better communication with the repair shop when handling the payment of such event to make your customers feel better about the experience!

Failure to cover

The upper an lower radiator hose was not coverd. This should be covered under the $100 deductible. It's part of the cooling system for the engine an transmission. If the cooling system fails then the engine an trans also fail, causing the company an expensive repair bill that could have been prevented.

I paid $3,000 for this extended…

I paid $3,000 for this extended warranty and when we tried to use it for a repair that was $2,000 nothing was paid except $175 I believe and that was after being on the phone with Omega and General Motors. We had to pay $1875 on that repair. Unfortunately shortly after that the vehicle was back in the shop because the air conditioner wasn’t work and again we had to pay more than we expected to pay but didn’t have the energy to fight again. Will not recommend your service to anyone.

Despite many calls

Despite many calls, emails texts and mailing to the address I was given I have yet to receive the $40 reimbursement for an oil change in June 2023. The people I have talked to seem very helpful but still nothing. I was told the check was issued on 8/15 but never received . I would be very reluctant to recommend this company to friends
