Our washer went out on us, and we thought we were gonna have to buy a new washer, but thank you to the repair man, he saved our washer😊. That was good news to hear, and the technician was nice, polite, and very courteous😃

What seems like a par for the course issue, our AC unit went down early Saturday morning while we were out. When I returned and noticed the issue, I contacted CHW on the hottest day of the year to date, 98 degrees. Was told who the technician was and provided his number to call. I contacted the tech and he immediately arranged a time to come out. He was there the next day promptly and performed the service to resolution as well as checked to make sure nothing else was wrong with the system. Being a weekend, it was a very good experience that needs to be commended. Thanks for your help!!!

My first experience with CHW was related to my oven not working. I requested service and the service provider set up an appointment to come on a Sunday!! So awesome. A part had to be ordered and the follow up appointment to complete my service call was also on a Sunday!! Needless to say, we were very pleased that we were handled very expeditiously. All is working now and we are very happy at our Choice!

I've had choice home warranty since 2012 when I purchased my home. My first time needing service was when my AC stopped working and a year later for my water heater. Both times choice home warranty had someone out fast and their customer service is wonderful! I recommend choice home warranty to all my friends all the time!

The Customer Service at CHW, the Company assigned, and the couple technicians who handled the Claim were all respectful and polite in providing explanations to my questions. Our problem was solved without much hassle.

My Home Warranty repair experiences in the past haven't always had the best results....until now.
Summer in Atlanta with a broken A/C unit.....not something anyone wants. Choice Home Warranty promptly assigned my claim and it was handled by Icon Mechanical. They kept their appointment, efficiently performed the necessary repairs, and got my A/C unit running properly again while taking the time to carefully explain what was wrong with the unit. If I need future repairs, I feel much better knowing I have CHW and Icon Mechanical on my side.

Choice was very prompt in setting up and choosing a heating and air provider. MB Heating was flexible in setting an appointment to my schedule so I didn't have to take off work. The worker was polite and knowledgeable. My air was back on within an hour once he arrived. He gave me a couple of pointers in the care of the air unit that I can do myself so that it will continue to work properly. Thank you so much!!!

M D Heating and Air called and set an appointment in a timely manor. He was very courteous, kind and compassionate. He was detailed in checking everything and making sure the house was cooling down and things were working properly before he left. We were very happy with his service.

Once our claim was submitted, I contacted Major Appliance Parts for the service. They were accommodating, professional, friendly and on time. I would use them again even if they weren't a service provider for Choice.
