On Time, friendly and eager to help.
The guys were on time, even early, but they weren't in a company truck or had any signage or clothing to show who they were. I wasn't sure at 1st who they were. The Guys however were super nice, answered all my questions, were friendly & gave off the impression they wanted to help. I contacted the service agent that they booked to explain the issue & request they come prepared with the appropriate parts otherwise most times it will become a multi-visit repair & you'll be without your appliance for a day or even longer, this "hack" is very important. This is what I tried to do to help them out & make the process smooth.
