Owning Manhattan's Jonathan Nørmølle has NO regrets over his comments about his former colleague Savannah Gowarty: 'I don't care'

Owning Manhattan star Jonathan Nørmølle has doubled down on his controversial comments about his former colleague Savannah Gowarty – admitting he has no regrets about belittling her abilities as an agent.

The 27-year-old sparked uproar in the new Netflix reality show after he criticized Savannah, also 27, on a since-deleted podcast episode alongside fellow Serhant employee Jessica Markowski.

During his unfiltered rant, Jonathan questioned Savannah's ability to close a deal and bragged there was 'no competition' between them. He was later forced to apologize by his boss, Ryan Serhant

Unpacking the storyline in an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, Jonathan remained unfazed by the drama and admitted that he does not care about Savannah's feelings.

'The thing with Savannah is I tried to help her after hours, like two hours a day and she wasn't even on my team,' he said.

'I tried to help her because she is not an agent in any kind of way, which half the cast isn't. I tried to help her get some rentals so she would feel comfortable. And then she went around and said some sketchy sh*t.'

Doubling down on his remarks, Jonathan insisted he's 'okay with calling people out' because when the roles are reversed, he can back himself up.

'I don't regret anything from that at all,' he continued. 'Not in the slightest. I would have kept it up [the podcast].

'For me, I don't regret anything I've done - and that's definitely one of them. Don't commit the crime if you can't do the time.

'As for how we left it [with Savannah], I don't know, and I don't care. We had just met. I don't think she deserved my time from the beginning.'

Jonathan blasted Savannah in the fourth episode of the new Netflix show.

The podcast – which was recorded for the company – unsurprisingly caused a huge fallout among the agents and resulted in Jonathan being forced to apologize.

Venting his frustrations about his Serhant colleagues on the podcast, he said: 'That's what p*****s me off about the people at the firm now, it's almost like a lot of the people have some resentment towards us.'

Speaking to exclusively to DailyMail.com, Jonathan said he stands by his comments about Savannah while adding that she did not deserve his time
In the reality show, he had been forced by his boss Ryan Serhant to apologize to Savannah

'This might sound cocky, but there's no competition at all,' he continued. 'For example, Savannah, with her, what the f**k would she do with a deal?

'If I was Ryan and I owned the firm, I wouldn't give her a deal because she would fumble it, and then Ryan loses money.

'If Ryan gives deals to us, he'll know we'll close it. There is a difference there, right?'

It wasn't long before Ryan found out about Jonathan's badmouthing, and instructed him to apologize to Savannah.

However, when Jonathan went to speak with Savannah, it was clear that they would not be able to resolve their issues.

Jonathan started: 'First of all, I want to say that I apologize for the podcast.'

'Did you learn a lesson from posting it?' Savannah asked.

He replied: 'I think there was a lesson that needed to be learned, that is still probably not learned, even by the way you're behaving right now.'

'I'm here to apologize because Ryan told me to,' he continued.

'But I do think there's a way to go around business that you need to think about. That podcast might have been a little heated, but I don't think.'
