Jennifer Garner looks fit in skintight leggings as she steps out in LA... after claims her ex Ben Affleck has been split from Jennifer Lopez 'for months'

Jennifer Garner showed off her toned figure this week as she stepped out in Los Angeles.

The 52-year-old actress — who is reportedly 'done' helping ex Ben Affleck and his wife Jennifer Lopez through marriage woes — wore black leggings as she ran errands in Santa Monica.

The mother-of-three wore a navy, crew neck, short-sleeved shirt with the activewear look, rounding it out with white sneakers.

Her bouncy brunette locks were pulled into a ponytail and she wore round, black-rimmed sunglasses.

It comes amid chatter that Affleck, 51, and Lopez's, 54, marriage has been 'over for months.' 

Garner was spotted on a coffee run, sporting a black watch and wearing black earbuds.

Missing from the scene were the three children she shares with Affleck — Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12. 

The Alias alum has made a conscious decision to step back from the 'circus' surrounding her ex-husband's marriage to Lopez, according to insiders who claim the ongoing situation has unearthed 'painful' memories for the actress.

Garner and Affleck have been pictured together in recent weeks amid ongoing speculation that his two-year marriage is on 'shaky ground.'

Insiders had previously revealed that she had been acting as a 'counselor' to the couple, desperately trying to help them fix their alleged issues.

Sources now say the Elektra star has decided to remove herself entirely.

'Jen eventually got to a place where she was like, "Sorry, figure this out yourself,"' an insider told DailyMail.com.

'It was beginning to become too painful for her because it was bringing back so many memories of their divorce,' the person added.

Affleck and Garner were married from 2005 until their divorce was finalized in 2018.

'Throughout their marriage there were times when Jen felt like she was second to JLo even though there was no communication between her and Ben for years,' the source explained.

'She was surprised at how public he became when they reunited because he was always a man who wanted to be out of the spotlight when they were married.

'Jen opened up her home and her life to JLo because she had moved on from the past. She cares about JLo and cares about their kids and how it will affect all of them.

'But in the end, it is not Jen's circus, not Jen's monkeys and she is done playing marriage counselor to her ex-husband and his wife,' it was noted.

Garner’s withdrawal comes after DailyMail.com revealed her rumored fiancé, businessman John Miller, 46, was tiring of how involved she was in trying to ‘fix’ Affleck’s marriage.

'John wants nothing more than for Ben to be okay, but it isn’t his girlfriend’s responsibility to play babysitter to him,' a person close to the situation said.

'That is for Ben to figure out on his own and for his wife to handle. It isn’t Jen’s responsibility, and he has told her this.'

Lopez recently returned to the United States after a trip to Italy, where she was pictured spending time with close pals during a boat day in Positano.
