Medi-Cal is California's Medicaid health care program. This program pays for a variety of medical services for children and adults with limited income.

Medi-Cal Adult Expansion
As of January 1, 2024, California has expanded full scope Medi-Cal coverage to adults ages 26-49. California residents of all ages can get full scope Medi-Cal coverage regardless of immigration status if otherwise eligible.
