This was an awful experience. The had hidden fees $400 dollars to be exact. And left my late father’s car in the middle of a parking lot. The driver was late. The company didn’t respond to any of my concerns. Please if you’re reading this. Save your money and go somewhere else. I am so disappointed in the amount of unprofessionalism with this company. I’m shocked they’re in business. I should’ve done more research and encourage you to do the same. I don’t have the mental capacity to tell my whole story but there are plenty more you will find if you look.

The entire team from coordination to delivery was very responsive. The pricing model was transparent with no hidden expenses. I still can't believe that it was this quick and easy to ship a vehicle across the country. I would not hesitate to Have SGT transport another vehicle for me in the future

Driver was American and spoke perfect English. Easy to communicate with. Was in direct contact with driver and was able to load a day earlier which worked out well.

The car carrier wanted additional $150 because of weight which I knew was over 100lbs. From what I understand they charge an additional $100 for another 100lbs. So I’m being ripped off for $50 which they can’t explain. Plus no one told me about extra charges when SGT quoted me a price. I would stay away from these people and six days and still no car. Awful

From the first call to the drop off my experience with SGT was wonderful. Every point of contact from office to transportation was professional. My agreed contract price was never altered and my car was delivered a day early. I highly recommend this company and I will use them if needed again in the future! Thank you SGT for everything.

These guys are the worst. We paid extra to have a pick up window several days before a coast to coast move. After informing us of a driver and company, the driver never showed up. Repeated phone calls to the driver, who finally answered, confirmed he was not coming. The driver hadn’t told the company and they were unable to find anyone to do the job. We had to leave our vehicles with friends, begin our move and find a company that could deliver them. We fired SGT for inability to perform the contract, and received a written apology and full refund of our deposit. We heard nothing more from the company, until a collection agent called several months later, claiming we owed SGT $800, an amount in excess of our refunded $600 deposit, and which was unexplained. If our credit is affected we will have to avail ourselves of appropriate legal remedies.

SGT auto transport was extremely helpful with my recent move. They arrived on time on the scheduled day of pickup and were able to change my delivery address to my new home once I arrived. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. Overall a great experience.

SGT picked up our cars in Pennsylvania And deliver them to us in Florida, in excellent condition. They were helpful all along the way and very dependable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

SGT was able to contract the transporting of my motorcycle from NJ to Florida. SGT and the subcontractor were responsive with all my questions, and were able to reasonably negotiate with me to find timelines and plans that worked for everybody. I would not hesitate to use SGT and their subcontractors again.

Great, fast and efficient. I was definitely scared to get my cars shipped from auction. From Ohio to Tennessee but they came in great condition and the company had great communication and the cars came 4 hours earlier

I just recently got my car shipped from Florida to Texas. Calls were extremely professional and efficient. I received my car in a timely manner and when the original pick up date was postponed because of weekend reasons, I was immediately called and updated. My only “downside” was I was supposed to have a student discount applied that I did not receive. Nonetheless, I was completely satisfied. 10/10 recommend.

P.S. I was concerned with fake AI reviews from other cheaper companies so I went with a trusted company. I am not a robot and completely real lol

Everything was great except the pickup time. ETA was scheduled between 5 - 6pm, however, car was not picked up until midnight.

This company saved the day!! We needed a Truck to move our 2 cars to Phoenix Arizona before we left for our flight but the Previous company did not guarantee pickup on the date we requested.I spoke to my wife and we found SGT Trucking and they Guaranteed the date and came on that day! The Romanian Truck driver was Amazing also!! Ro-way Trucking was extremely Professional and Knowledgeable about Phoenix.

I have used SGT 3 times to transport my daughter’s car to and from Boston to SC for school without issue. I have found them to be reliable, competent and trustworthy. Their pricing is very fair too.

Easy process to retain your services on short notice. I went with a competitor who changed the agreed upon price last minute and so I needed a transport company a day before I was to leave.

You delivered my car on time and without incident. The price you quoted me was the price I paid. Good job guys!
