Chris Appleton and Lukas Gage have reached a divorce settlement following their brief six month marriage.
Kim Kardashian's hairstylist, 40, and The White Lotus actor, 29, wed in April 2023 in a wild Las Vegas ceremony - after only two months of dating.
They split in November with Appleton filing for divorce and citing 'irreconcilable differences' - with Gage later branding the decision to wed as 'manic and unhinged.'
Per a nine-page proposed judgment and a declaration of default obtained by People, the former couple have asked the court to sign a written agreement waiving spousal support.
The declaration of default was filed to the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County on Thursday, June 6.

The documents also show that a postnuptial agreement is in place.
A source told TMZ last year the split was 'not an easy decision for Chris to make but he tried everything he could to make the marriage work and needed to make the best decision for himself moving forward.'
They wed in front of only six guests at Little White Chapel after applying for a marriage license in Clark County.
The wedding was only documented on Hulu series, The Kardashians the week prior, with Kardashian, 43, officiating their wedding.
She also organized for music superstar Shania Twain to serenade the couple.
In March Gage appeared on WWHL where he dismissed cheating rumors but hinted that he signed an non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and couldn't talk more about the split.
Cohen admitted he was surprised that Gage tied the knot with Appleton after only dating for two months, as Gage admitted it was, 'Manic, absolutely unhinged.'
'I had a manic episode for six months. Those jackets, those furry jackets… what happened to me?' Gage added.

Gage and Appleton made their romance public in February when they shared vacation snaps from The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort in Mexico
In March Gage said he'd had a 'six month manic episode' when he married Appleton
'I don't know literally what went through my head, but we live and we learn,' Gage added, when Cohen asked, 'what was the reason for your divorce?'
Cohen added that there were, 'allegations of cheating,' though Gage confirmed, 'there was no cheating.'
'Oh, god. Andy, there the three letter thing I signed,' Gage said, as Andy asked, 'You signed an NDA? With him?'
Gage didn't confirm nor deny, only stating, 'I plead the fifth,' while Andy brought up that he seemed to be in love at the time.
Gage would only respond by stating, 'Mania,' when Andy asked again about getting married after just two months of dating.
'Yeah, that is kind of how I roll, I am a little impulsive, you know me, but that was probably one of the most unhinged things I've ever done in my life,' he admitted.
He admitted, 'I will probably have six other marriages' over the course of his lifetime.
