Gwyneth Paltrow posted a 'long island' cooking video on Saturday, following an eventful party at her Hamptons home that ended with an embarrassing mishap.

The 51-year-old Oscar winner took to her Instagram to share the adorable clip of herself whipping up a delicious breakfast while rocking a simple tee.

With a white towel draped over her shoulder like a professional chef, the star demonstrated to her 8 million followers how to prepare a lobster omelette and potato hash for a loved one.

'A rainy morning on long island calls for a lobster omelet and a crispy potato hash #boyfriendbreakfast,' she captioned the sweet social media share.

The video follows recent speculation that socialite Derek Blasberg was the mystery guest who lost control of his bowels at Gwyneth's Hamptons bash.

The fashion journalist and author, 42, has cemented his status as a close friend to famous names including, Jeff Bezos, Kate Hudson, Karlie Kloss, Kendall Jenner and Sienna Miller after years of rubbing shoulders with the worlds biggest stars.

But despite maintaining a relatively private life unlike some of his A list pals, his recent toilet troubles put him firmly in the spotlight.

The internet was whipped into a frenzy last week when a blind item in a popular gossip newsletter claimed that Goop founder Paltrow had been faced with cleaning up someone's 'Ozempic-induced diarrhea' at her home.

Insiders later told DailyMail.com Blasberg - once described as 'one of showbiz’s most well-connected men' - was the culprit and that he had conveniently blamed the incident on the popular weight loss wonder drug before allegedly fleeing the property.

'It’s not Ozempic, that’s just what he told everyone,' the insider said, before revealing how the secret made its way through the Hamptons set.

'Gwyneth told Oprah, Jerry and Jessica Seinfeld, and Larry David,' they continued.

'It’s shocking how many people know this story and how he has managed to keep it out of The Post… probably via his best friend [socialite Dasha Zhukova] - whose mom just married Rupert Murdoch.'

Indeed, Blasberg met Zhukova in 2009 for a profile which appeared in the July issue of Interview magazine.

According to the blind item, the popularity of Ozempic is causing an issue among the rich and famous as they holiday together in the Hamptons.

Ozempic, typically used to treat diabetes and allow people to shed weight quickly, has a common side-effect that affects one in 10 users.

The active ingredient of semaglutide not only triggers weight loss but causes gastrocolic reflex, which can lead to explosive and uncontrollable diarrhea.

In recent months, a handful of celebrities have admitted to using Ozempic, including Oprah, Elon Musk, Sharon Osbourne, Chelsea Handler and Robbie Williams.

Comedian Amy Schumer also admitted to taking the drug in 2022 but revealed she had to quit due to side effects.
