VERY patient and helpful staff

The helpdesk was very patient and they came up with a solution how to stream videos to a Thinkific course platform. It took little time for them to figure out the platform specifics, but they solved it, great!

Bunny.net lacks essential features.

Bunny.net is a strong competitor, yet they still haven't added the most basic features that were requested over a year ago. I want to switch from Vimeo, but I can't because they haven't implemented subcollections, which is a relatively simple feature to add.

Excellent CDN provider

Best CDN provider with impressive performance. I'm using BunnyCDN with my website, and I've been very impressed with the improvement in website performance. Their CDN service is reliable and easy to use.

Amazing Service, Even better Support

Absolutely Amazing, we've recently moved image transformations / optimizations from a Competitor to Bunny. The setup was super simple and it worked with basically no config at all. We've encountered a small issue (on our side) in the middle of the night and the Support team provided a solution within 15 minutes. We're on a $10 a month plan, I dont think you can find this level of support anywhere else. Could not be happier with the service!

Love you Bunny team!

CDN for dummies really. Cloudflare can be very scary to setup and complex. Bunny feels much more straightforward and the fees are insanely low. Like suspiciously low. You top up your account with £20 and it seems to last for months and months on a website that easily gets 3000+ visitors a monthly across the globe. I dont question it but I know its definitely working!
They seemed to have come out with a bunch of new features recently so theyre clearly investing in the platform. Love it.
Keep on hopping!

Solid support

Solid support, fast response and a European partner.

Deliberately stating partner and not supplier because I really have the feeling Bunny is working with their customers instead of just delivering a service. Simple questions (stupidity from my side), complex questions -- all answered within a few minutes and always friendly and supportive. 5 stars with ease.

Fast and friendly support

I was looking for a replacement for cloudflare today when I came across the bunny.net company
In the first encounter and request for support, they answered immediately and solved my problem.

I am getting the fastest WordPress page speed with cheap server from One.com and "full package" from Bunny.

I have total control over which zones in the world the CDN traffic shall be activated and invoiced.

My company gets the best performance for the money with Bunny.net. Always Bunny!!

Tomas at Bunny is a true legend among support agents. He never gives up and always makes my websites faster.

Tilen replied instantly at 10pm on a Friday which was unbelievable.

He immediately addressed my technical problem and had it solved within just one back and forth. Support agents like Tilen at BunnyCDN are the primary reason I have used & preached it for everything I do the last 3 years.

Super responsive and driven to help you succeed

The bunny support team was super responsive and tried to work with us to find the root cause of a very rare issue we were having in one of our markets.

As a product team, we understand how resolving such rare cases can be challenging, but we were very surprised by the culture of their support team and how driven they were to help us. It literally felt like we had a member join our team. The response times were unbelievable.

Really great support and responded super fast. Documentation could use some work though, they should mention API key for storage is your password, not the API key in the account

Easy to Integrate Plus Cost Efficient…

Easy to Integrate Plus Cost Efficient and Fast Support.
I am using it for more than a year and it's just fast, easy to use and cost efficient. I use it to serve images and videos and I can just upload it via dashboard or via the API and get url and embed it. I have started using Stream and it's good. I no longer to have encode videos just upload and play. Awesome support team too which is quite fast and responsive.

Cutting edge tools, next-level support!

As a person with minimal knowledge about CDN, DNS etc. it can be overwhelming setting all this up. And yes, Bunny.net has all the geek-tools. But what sets them apart is their support. They are specialists, very patient and take you by the hand until it’s solved and you know what to do yourself next time.
