I use bunny stream. It’s almost perfect. Amazing price, nice player, great video quality and options, with good support.
The one thing holding it back from being perfect is the lack of aspect ratio support. It only uses 16:9. The team helped me change the background colour for the crop, but it’d be great if it natively played videos full size that aren’t 16:9.
Apart from this, I totally recommend !!

The bunny support team was super responsive and tried to work with us to find the root cause of a very rare issue we were having in one of our markets.
As a product team, we understand how resolving such rare cases can be challenging, but we were very surprised by the culture of their support team and how driven they were to help us. It literally felt like we had a member join our team. The response times were unbelievable.

On the video streaming perspective and core service pricing this is a 5-stars. But the cost of the AI transcription is insane: currently $0.1 per minute, compared to the OpenAI Whisper transcript API of $0.006/min that is crazy. Sure, there is a video audio extracting aspect which would cost some compute, and they need to make a cut, but even the extremely overpriced Rev AI service is 5x cheaper than Bunny for the transcription part. This feels like a really cheap way to make a quick buck by overcharging for something so basic and leaves us a bad taste.

Easy to Integrate Plus Cost Efficient and Fast Support.
I am using it for more than a year and it's just fast, easy to use and cost efficient. I use it to serve images and videos and I can just upload it via dashboard or via the API and get url and embed it. I have started using Stream and it's good. I no longer to have encode videos just upload and play. Awesome support team too which is quite fast and responsive.

Whenever my website needs to use a CDN, I always think of bunny first, because this is the best and the best one I have ever used among many CDNs. I still remember when I used it in 2023, when I encountered a problem, bunny's customer service always helped me solve the problem without complaining, and this is still the case today. This is why I am willing to recharge even though I have a balance. I am very willing to recommend bunny to my friends and colleagues, and I hope I can contribute a little bit. bunny.net's customer service is excellent. We've been using them for years & each time a minor issue has come up their team has often resolved it within an hour. In the most recent case, it was a technical issue that took a few replies back & fourth to isolate and resolve, but Bunny's team responded via email 4 times within an hour and we promptly had it solved. When I expressed my gratitude and how impressed I was with their service & they suggested it'd help to also leave them a TrustPilot review it seemed like the least I could do to come here & share the story.
