Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable support. It took ~20 minutes to hear back that I had reported a valid bug, it was being escalated to the engineers, and I was offered a workaround to use in the meantime. I'm really impressed!

As a person with minimal knowledge about CDN, DNS etc. it can be overwhelming setting all this up. And yes, Bunny.net has all the geek-tools. But what sets them apart is their support. They are specialists, very patient and take you by the hand until it’s solved and you know what to do yourself next time.

Quick and competent support
I had a bug which requited imminent action. Note that I am on the basic support plan. Just after about ten minutes a competent support agent answered and figured out using my help and a couple of messages later a solution.

Their DNS is absolutely fantastic to use and incredibly straightforward! If your concern is all about that last millisecond of latency, then without a doubt, bunny.net is the fastest out there!
The CDN platform is also fantastic to use! Your content reaches your customers in no time! The only bit of criticism I can offer about the CDN is that the DDoS protection isn't yet optimal. Even with small, free stressors, you can easily take the website offline. I've already discussed this with them via a ticket, and they're hopefully releasing their custom WAF this summer! I'm incredibly excited!
Speaking of tickets, I can't ignore that. Bunny's responses, with an average wait time of 10 minutes, are simply the fastest I've ever seen! They're incredibly eager to help and go to great lengths to find and resolve the issue. 11/10 support!
I'll remain a customer of bunny, and I have no intention of leaving! Let's hop even faster!

The customer service of this company is the worst. Because even if you tell them you want to cancel your account they will not cancel it for you. Meaning you have to keep an active subscription and they will keep emailing you that you have to pay to keep the membership when requested multiple times to delete my information from their database multiple times.
Hopefully they will now take action and remove my data from their database as I have requested multiple times.
I recommend you stay as far as you can from this company, because they do not take customer privacy seriously
