I have been a customer now for over a…

I have been a customer now for over a year. My experience has been just great. Choice is just great and there has been the best warranty because my friends that have others have not had this positive as I have with Choice. I am sticking with them and so are my friends changing to choice.

Agent Elliott was great. Purchase made simple!

Agent Elliott was very pleasant and informative. He found us the best price for our needs. Service was great. Now if I ever should need to use the coverage, I hope that the onsite service will be as good and as professional as the purchase of the home warranty plan!

Repair to my dryer

I was contacted this afternoon, about my claim for repair to my dryer, I put my claim in yesterday, and it was fine that I was contacted today, but the appliance center that is coming cannot come until Tues, between 11-3PM, they are in Willis, Tx. I would prefer someone in the Spring, or Houston area, where I am, I looked up the reviews on the company, all bad except 1, and NOT accredited by the BBB, I will wait a little longer but I want someone closer and accredited..Appreciate your immediate response

My Ac went out

My Ac went out; I called choice they immediately took care of business. The technician will be here in 5 days; I'm OK with that I stay with family until my AC is fixed. Again thank u for the immediate response and excellent communication

I just signed up for the Home warranty…

I just signed up for the Home warranty and the deal that they offered is better than any other out there. I can not tell you about making a claim yet because I just signed up. Will say this the price for their deal is about 40% less than I was currently paying.

Were electrical problems in my kitchen

Were electrical problems in my kitchen, the technician came to fix 7/11/2024, but the problem occurs again before 30 days, I call to the company for request to fix again and ask the person on the phone about the 30 days warranty, the person said I don't have to pay $ 75.
When the technician came tell I need to pay $75
and I paid say because was different claim #.
I don't happy with this situation because already paid doble with in 30 days.

The Technician did a good job but the length of time to get the repairs was extensive

The Technician did a good job and showed up on time. Parts had to be ordered and there was a new appointment scheduled in 8 days. That's a long time to go without a refrigerator! We lost all of our food and were now eating most meals out. The day the parts were to be installed the update on the ETA for the technician was updated to indicate that his arrival time could be as late as 5:40 pm, 40 minutes past the window we held open. We had plans and I tried to speak to someone about our unavailability. The chat bot was not helpful, nor was the person I eventually spoke with, as both informed me that the next appointment was 2 days away! Another delay and an additional 2 days without a fridge. When the technician showed up he had challenges and the job took a long time, during which the open door alarm on the fridge continued to beep. After the work was completed, we noticed that the open door alert no longer functions!

Buyer beware

My air conditioner went out, so I contacted Choice to fix it. Ultimately, they were unable to engage a technician, so gave me permission to use one of my choice. Given immense summer heat, I was relieved, but knowing how these things can go, asked the customer service person if there was any reason my claim could be denied. He said “no” and to go ahead and proceed and that I’d be reimbursed within 30 days. Fast forward, my claim was denied. I asked if I could speak with the claim manager’s supervisor and was told no. I then received an email asking for a review of service with an email to use before responding IF I was unhappy with service. After emailing them at least four times, I haven’t gotten a response and am out of $5,000. Then they have the nerve to try and get you to renew. I am livid and will never use this service or recommend me them to anyone. Buyer beware.

We had a repair service within two days; the technician identified the problem and ordered the part and it was replaced within a week. My dryer is now working again; great professional service.

I began the conversation with great trepidation, fearing I would have to haggle to get a better settlement amount. First, Nevada was friendly, putting me at ease. She then offered an amount much higher than the original. The conversation lasted maybe four minutes.

The A/C Technician (Evan) showed up on time. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within one hour. He was very professional and answered all of my questions about the repair process.

The part that needed according to you…

The part that needed according to you is not covered, I had to pay almost $500. And you say a case manager will be assign to look at my claim, what a joke when your case manager has no power my dog has more power you people take my monthly fee and you are taking advantage of us !
