I had a gentleman call me about receiving choice home warranty he was very kind on the phone easy to talk to ready to answer any questions I had! He got me a good rate monthly for my home warranty that covers pretty much everything down to your refrigerator. I would totally recommend this to any homeowner first time homeowner because you never know what can pop up unexpectedly and you may not have the money to do the work yourself or pay someone to come in and do it this is where this warranty comes in handy so if you're even thinking about it or even if you weren't thinking of doing it I would give them a call and let them explain to you everything that they do it will be much worth it!!

It took one phone call to make a claim reporting failure of a built-in microwave. Could have done it online but opted a phone call instead. Matter closed promptly with a partial replacement valve settlement.

The technician who came to work on my air conditioning system was wonderful, however it took over a week for Choice to send someone and it took them 3 days to respond to my request. The Tech deserves 5 stars but Choice actually deserves 3 for not getting back to me in a timely manner and for taking so long to find a technician to repair my system.

The prices and coverage were excellent compared to other companies. However, he was going to email me my policy or something that shows what I ordered, and I never got it. Can he send it now? They won't let me send my email in the review so I hope you can find it. Also, your date thing is all weird and you have to keep trying different things to get it to work with the format you want. You don't figure that out until you screw it up the first time.

Placed a claim and never received a call or email in follow-up for over 48 hours. Had to call the third day and was told claim was being escalated and would receive a call and email that day. PS - no call. Had to call on the 4th day, customer service is the worst ever - automated system - rude, unacceptable for the $900+ premium I am paying. Washing machine still not fixed, no call from a service technician. If you live in a rural area - beware! Inexperienced customer service, limited English comprehension, unable to call a direct number without going through the call center (located outside of the US).

The descion to go with CHOICE HW was easy, the price beat the compititors and the value was equally important, would of given 5 stars except our sales person was WAY TO AGGRESSIVE and almost to the point of me hanging up after several attempts to slow down the sales pitch, not cool and if the saving were not so good I would of went another direction. For the record I understand how sales work and this was far too aggressive and a real NEGATIVE check in our book

Never contact us back when they denied a claim..it is a fraud , A/C claim done they contact us 5 days later , in Houston with 100 degrees..of course they refuse everything.
Do not waste your money , it is a scam..

While it took a couple of days to get a technician out, he was great. He knew what the issue was prior to arriving. He checked the fridge out and he was correct. Fast expert service.

I have had my policy for 1.5 years. My husband thought it would be a great gift as he was going to be traveling for a new job, and didn't want me to worry about appliances. Well, while everyone has been pleasant, this service has been very frustrating. It took 6 months to fix a defrost issue on my refrigerator, 6 months to fix my washing machine motor that was covered by warranty. They have denied every claim I have put in except the washing machine. They wouldn't cover my hot water heater because it is a holding tank! WHAT! Now they are denying my AC repair, which I waited 3 weeks during the hottest time of the summer, and they never assigned a technician to come out, so I finally had to find one myself (who was wonderful and helpful) So if you don't have time to write multiple emails, phone calls, requests and wait 6 YES 6 months for repairs this company is not for you!

The techician did not state what the problem was he went to his truck a couple times then to the back yard then he was done. No receipt with what was done or conversation about the issue.

We have been without A/C here in Texas for over 6 days now and we don't even have a status. Choice is still waiting on an email from Sears (the vendor that looked at our system) and Sears has closed their ticket. So Choice just keeps waiting for a report that will never come. Probably on purpose to wait us out so they don't have to pay. This is not the first time we have had this happen. Last time they sent a tech out that said he couldn't get the part we needed for our garage door. Then he tried to sell us a garage door for $800 dollars. So there again we had to pay for our own repair or wait 20 years for Choice to do something. Oh and they raised our monthly fee as well. Bunch if criminals. You are worthless and you steal money from consumers. You should be put of business and your CEO thrown in jail for fraud.

Well first she called me way before my appointment because some others had cancelled their appointment which helped me out a lot, she did research before calling, went above and beyond to find a solution to the problem, and it was in a timely manner. she made it comfortable to speak and she was very knowledgeable about my claim.

After many tries I have not had a good experience with a claim. Delays, re-assignments because technician does not show up extends claims for ever, hassles, denials, and uncaring customer service who pretend are caring and say nothing but lies. Unfortunately I signed a 5 year agreement, canceled since nothing gets fixed without major pains, and very little refund based on how they calculate a 'pro-rated' refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The technician left before making sure that my washer was working, so I had to call him and let him know that it was doing the same thing (it stopped in the middle of a wash cycle). His return visit is scheduled for almost a week later. I have now been without my washer for almost 2 weeks.
