Hi guys, it's Alexis Ren.

I'm going to be taking you through my combination skincare,

and also a romantic makeup look.

First up, we have the Mario Badescu Cleansing Oil.

[gentle upbeat music]

This is called the Clean Skin Club.

It is biodegradable.

They're a wonderful company.

I've been really stoked,

and it has changed my skin texture,

which is really interesting.

My skin texture is so much softer now.

[gentle upbeat music]

Sonya Dakar Super Clear.

This is a wonderful treatment for preventing breakouts.

[gentle upbeat music]

Next product is called the Stem Cell Transformer,

Sonya Dakar.

This is my baby.

I'm almost out of it, unfortunately. [chuckles]

Next up, we have the Dr. Loretta

Concentrating Firming moisturizer.

Double moisturizer.

[gentle upbeat music]

The Omega Booster by Sonya Dakar.

Put it on sunburns, I put it on scrapes,

like, you can put it anywhere.

I have a few babies and this is one of them.

Gua Sha.

And this is more for like just water retention.

[gentle upbeat music]

I also get some pressure points,

especially if I have a little habit of a headache.

I keep going and massaging until it becomes a little red

'cause I know that there's movement in the fluids.

I bring it all the way down,

and I can feel it pop, which is kind of weird.

My eye cream.

This is the most sensitive part of the face.

Last but not least, we have my favorite sunscreen.

It's the ILIA C Beyond Triple Serum SPF 40.

It's very oil based, which I love.

And then of course getting it on your neck and your chest.

We have Lineage.

You guys can't smell it but it smells amazing.

I actually do my brows first.

I use the got2b Ultra Glued.

I got hooked on that trend to shorten the eyebrow here

so that it lifts the face.

Now we go on to bronzing.

So Tom Ford Sculptor, Illuminator.

I put this on first because I think it gives more definition

and looks more natural when you put it on

before the foundation

I learned how to do my makeup on YouTube in the early 2000s.

I was homeschooled so I had a lot of time on my hands.

And I still think to this day,

beauty is meant to bring out who you are, not cover.

We're all artists, you know, to an extent.

Whether you've unlocked that in yourself or not.

And for me, makeup was one of those artist releases.

Foundation. I use Chanel.

I think I'm gonna do a combination.

I think your hands are the best makeup brush.

I go back with the bronzer.

[gentle upbeat music]

My concealer is Clé de Peau.

This is amazing.

It's really expensive but it lasts forever.

And with concealer, you just wanna like,

everything up. Everything up.

[gentle upbeat music]

Next is the Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector.

I use this not just under my eye, as you will see.

So I kind of draw it down.

It just gives that...

glue.

[gentle upbeat music]

Now you can see I'm matte.

So what I do now is I take the Mario Badescu,

and I just spray it on top of this.

So I let that dry.

This is the Charlotte Tilbury.

I use ILIA.

[gentle upbeat music]

Then I'm gonna take a little dark color.

[gentle upbeat music]

Now let's go on to the eyes, shall we?

First up, eye primer.

I use eye primer when I'm gonna be active or physical,

like if I'm going on a hike.

Beauty is not just makeup,

it's not just clothes, it's fitness, it's mindset.

It's our emotional state too.

To this day I still get girls talking to me about

the app workout on my YouTube,

which is crazy how many views it has,

and I'm so stoked that everyone likes it.

But it literally blows my mind anytime I look at the views.

I'm like, What?

Nudish Pink.

I used both of these.

Always hit it. [taps brush]

Tom Ford, wonderful palette.

I combine this white and taupe color.

Oh. [laughs]

That's okay.

Maybe more of the white today.

I love using purple browns right now.

Okay, this is like the surgery part.

[gentle upbeat music]

I try to get rid of any harsh lines.

[gentle upbeat music]

I take this taupe and I bring it under the eye.

I have a cool trick

that I was really looking forward to sharing.

So I do lash lifts on my eyelashes.

As you can see, they're already super lifted.

So what I started using is this serum by YUMI.

It's so good.

I use it on my eyebrows and my eyelashes

and they just eat it up.

I take this, similar to the gel,

which just strengthens and protects.

I technically, honestly, really don't need mascara now,

but I wanna show you the trick I do.

So I take this little-

I don't know why I only have a sample.

This is by Elizabeth Mott. It's wonderful.

And I put it on the oil while it's still wet

so that no matter if my mascara is dry or crumpled or old,

it will always go on.

It is really, really cool.

Be careful to close this when you travel,

because I don't know about the air pressure or something,

but it like, explodes.

This is a highlighter.

I bring it a little more up

than I think people normally do.

[gentle upbeat music]

The best beauty advice that I've been given is like,

it's similar to sketching and like shadowing

and if you can understand like dimension,

you'll be able to do makeup really well.

Back with my concealer.

Now the lips.

My two babies are the Iconic Nude by Charlotte Tilbury

and then this amazing like, ugh,

I don't want this to out of stock when this comes on.

It's called Wanderlust. It's a balmy tint.

So it's a lip balm, but it gives this like,

sun-kissed, romantic color that I'm just in love with.

I overline a little bit at the rose bud.

And it's moisturizing, which I'm so grateful for.

I just lightly...

'Cause I don't want any harsh lines for my lips.

Okay, let's get the hair down.

I use Living Proof.

Some texturizing spray.

It's wonderful.
